2017 – to date Co-Founding Partner Lawyer of the MMSLEX law firm (MMSLEX Società tra Avvocati S.r.l.), where he is the owner of the Criminal Law Department. Judicial and extrajudicial activities in the field of corporate, bankruptcy, tax, and environmental criminal law and in the field of administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations (D.Lgs. 231/2001).

2013 – to date Appointment as program coordinator of the San Patrignano Partner within the European Project STREAM (“Strategically addressing recidivism through evaluation and measurement”), in collaboration with NOMS (National Offender Management Service, NOMS) (UK) and with other bodies and European Universities including: Montfort University (UK), Cambridge University, Institute of Criminology (UK), Sheffield University (UK).
