Roberto has over 30 years of experience in legal consultancy carrying out his activity in important notary and law firms in Rome.

He collaborated for six years with prof. Antonio Masi, at the Institute of Private Law of the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, participating in the teaching activity as a speaker at seminars, as a member of the examining commissions and as assistant to undergraduates in the drafting of degree theses

He is the author of publications in the field of civil law.

He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and lecturer in many post-graduate masters’ courses.

He personally advises important clients, private and public, national and international, assisting them in matters of administrative liability pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/01, supervisory bodies, corporate governance, in contracts, in the boards of statutory auditors, in the boards of directors and in the activity out-of-court in the field of civil and commercial law.

He has gained significant experience in numerous companies as a supervisory body pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/01.
