Assistance and defence in criminal proceedings and trials, both in favour of the person under investigation/defendant and in favour of the persons offended or damaged by the offence, with reference, in particular, to the following offences: offences against the person, offences against the public administration, offences against the administration of justice, property offences, offences relating to medical and health liability, offences relating to health and safety at work, corporate offences, bankruptcy, tax offences

 

Assistance of natural and legal persons in proceedings aimed at the application of personal and patrimonial prevention measures pursuant to Legislative Decree 159/2011 (both in favour of the proposed party and in favour of third parties).

Legal advice to companies on the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001; in particular: drafting, implementing and updating the Organisation and Control Model, risk assessment activities, interviews with employees and top management, activities related to the functions of the supervisory body, information and training activities for top and subordinate personnel on the regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the contents of the Model adopted by the company.

 

Legal advice to therapeutic communities on the management of patients subjected to detention measures; training of medical and nursing staff on the correct management of the patient (in order to prevent liability for failure to supervise and control for harmful acts committed by the patient declared socially dangerous to the detriment of himself or others).
