Professional Experience

2023 – To date Trainee Lawyer at Legal Partner (LP Avvocati), in the area of Compliance ex. Legislative Decree no. 231/2001


2022 – 2023 Trainee lawyer at Deloitte Legal Roma in which the expertise was formed and lent mainly in Compliance ex D.Lgs. no. 231/2001


2021 – 2022 Extracurricular internship at Studio Legale Buccolieri, Catanzaro, in which the expertise was formed and lent mainly in civil and family law

During the first period of Grazia Carnevale’s professional training she focused on Law Civil matters with specific interest in Family Law.
She is currently specializing in Corporate Criminal Law, dealing mainly in the consulting activity for the implementation, updating and integration of Models organizational Models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 in favor of numerous national and multinational companies and also providing assistance to numerous Supervisory Boards.
He has also assisted clients by advising them in the area of Privacy in compliance with the GDPR.
Participated in the Benefits Task Force, providing advice in the corporate field by assisting clients in pre-transformation and transformation into Benefit Companies.
